Nuaire sponsored Indoor Air Quality Initiative of the Year BESA Industry Award won by Arup
We were delighted to both attend this year’s prestigious BESA Industry Awards, held on 12th October at Hammersmith's Novotel London West, and to be the sponsor for the Indoor Air Quality Initiative of the Year award category. This award, which is open to anyone who has made a significant contribution to the health, well-being, and productivity of building occupants by working to improve Indoor Air Quality, was won by Arup from a shortlist of five, which also included Fellowes Air Quality Management, AirRated, MedicAir DentAir, and ARM Environments. Congratulations to Arup and to all those shortlisted!
The award was presented by our very own Daniel Fraser, Nuaire Regional Sales Manager for London & South East. Daniel has been with Nuaire for over eleven years and is responsible for a team of sales managers and for nurturing relationships with key contractors.
Also in attendance was Nuaire’s new Managing Director, Meirion Richards who, having joined the company in May 2023, experienced the first of hopefully many BESA Industry Awards, along with Simon Paramore, Steve Allen, Colin Biggs, Jessica Cook, Alun Thomas, Megan Bennett, and Garry Reene.
The BESA Industry Awards honour outstanding achievements in the field of building services, from exceptional apprentices to forward-thinking businesses, and individuals who have made significant contributions to innovative projects and products, showcasing new initiatives and exemplifying quality within the sector. Nuaire’s sponsorship of the Indoor Air Quality Initiative of the Year award category reflects our commitment to providing effective ventilation solutions that improve Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) and acknowledging and celebrating the work of individual and companies who have advanced the knowledge and understanding of IAQ.
