Returns and Refunds
From 1st July 2019 we will be amending our T&C's to reflect industry standards. Please see amends here:
- The buyer with Agreement with Nuaire may only return goods within 20 working days of the date of delivery with our prior consent, on goods which are “deemed suitable for restocking” and excludes all made to order products
- All goods shall be returned at the buyer's risk and expense, unused and still in their original packaging
- Goods must be accompanied by a completed collection/returns note (issued by Nuaire at the time of receiving consent to return)
- Goods must be received by Nuaire as undamaged and will be subject to inspection and testing
- A credit note will be issued up to the maximum of 50% of the value of the items returned (providing the goods are in a re-saleable condition)

- Goods must be accompanied by a completed collection/returns note (issued by Nuaire at the time of receiving consent to return)
- Goods must be received by Nuaire as undamaged and will be subject to inspection and testing
- A credit note will be issued up to the value of the items returned (providing the goods are in a re-saleable condition)
